Payment is handled by Stripe. We never see your card details.

Seat codes

Install MaskAlarm from the App Store or Google Play on the patient's phone, then enter the seat code in the app. Each code works once.

Each license decides whether the app shows session details for that resident — the history list and the sleep report. It starts Hidden: that is a record of one identified person on a phone your team shares. Nights are recorded either way — hiding them hides the display, not the data. A change reaches that phone the next time the app checks in.

Seats are numbered, never named — we deliberately hold no patient information. Keep your own record of which seat belongs to which resident.

Usage — last 30 nights

Camera-derived mask-on time recorded by MaskAlarm on each seat's phone, grouped by night (evening to morning). A night counts as recorded at 15+ minutes of monitoring; ≥4 hr marks nights with at least four hours of mask-on time — the shape most compliance programs use.

The CSV lists every night per seat — dates, monitored time, mask-on time and events — for your own records and care planning. MaskAlarm is a documentation aid, not a medical device: insurance and billing programs that require usage data generally require it from the CPAP machine's own counter, so confirm against device data for any reimbursement purpose.
